Private Parties at Torview

Members: To host an event or a private party either during normal hours or during off hours please do the following:

Hosting a Party at Torview:  During Normal Pool Hours
(member hosts only)

  • Scheduling:

o   Active Members are entitled to host a party at the club

o   Party date must be scheduled with and approved by the pool management via online party request form

o   Party date must be scheduled 7 calendar days prior to the actual date

o   There may be a maximum of two (2) parties on any given day

o   Party times are flexible but must not overlap

  • Rules/Guidelines:

o   The total number of attendees at a party MUST NOT EXCEED TWELVE (12), including host unless approved by Board of Directors

o   All persons attending the birthday party who are not Active, Junior, Associate or Special Members of the Club are Guests and will be charged the regular guest fee of $10.00 upon entering the Club.

o   Guest check in is required at the front desk

o   Only two (2) picnic tables in the snack-bar area may be reserved for use by the party guests.

o   No food or drink outside of the snack-bar area

o   All games shall be played on the open fields

o   Active Member host agrees to have guests abide by all “rules and regulations” of the Club

o   Host is responsible for all setup before and clean up after the party.

 

Hosting a Party at Torview:   During Off  Hours

 

  • Active Members may request the use of the club’s facilities for a private party.

  • Scheduling:

o   Party date must be scheduled with and approved by the pool management via online party request form

o   If the party is scheduled to begin before 6:00pm on a day that the Club is open, there will be a limit of 12 attendees including the host unless approved by the Board of Directors
(this should be a part of the party request)

o   If the party is scheduled to begin later than 6:00pm on a day the Club is open or any time the Club is closed, there will be no limit to the number of attendees except staying within capacity limits of the Club.

o   All parties must end no later than 10pm ET

  • Member only Cost:  (non members please inquire per above link)

o   $10.00 per non-member guest.
(All applicable guest fees are to be paid prior to the start of the party)

o   $150.00 refundable security deposit is required
(this must be made during scheduling and this amount will be applied to the total amount payable)

o   $15.00 per hour, per lifeguard fee will be charged to member host.
(Pool director will determine the number of lifeguards required)
(Fee applies to any hours that are worked outside of “normal” pool/Club hours)

  • Snack-bar:

o   There will be no personal use of the snack-bar in any way.
(storing food/cold items etc..)

o   If host would like the Snack-bar to be open/functioning for the party to supply food/beverages they may request this.

o   If the Snack-bar is open for business for the party host, guests would need to purchase items as normal.
(gift cards could be created if requested)

o   The host may use the charcoal grill outside of the snack-bar area. Under no circumstances may the host or guests bring alternate grills.

  • Host is responsible for all setup before and clean up after the party.

  • Those attending the party must obey all local noise ordinances and directives from the Pool Director/Pool Management lead. If the Pool Director, exercising his/her sole discretion, determines that anyone attending the party is intoxicated or violating the Club’s safety rules, the party will be terminated and no refund will be give
